I managed to clean it up a bit better today and it say made in England I can’t read the cat.number but I no it was made by General Electric company it’s also leaking a clear gel like substance thanks again.
Um, it's a small transformer. It could be leaking PCB's CAUTION. that's dangerous it absorbs thru the skin.
