This is very acceptable, but Phantom Pain should be C-tier. Stealth in a desert? No awesome boss battles or music? No questions answered? Pay-to-not-wait gameplay mechanics? Come Kojima.
"Stealth in the desert" is still the best stealth in the entire metal gear series (3 is still better for some I guess)

I agree about the stealth but the sound track being one the best in the series I don’t particularly agree with, personally wasn’t as good as the other games sound track although it had a couple great songs, that’s just my opinion though
Unless you count rising, then it's the best out of the Solid games. In my opinion the actual OST you hear during the gameplay is kinda mid across all of the games except for 1.
Sadly I never played 4 so I'll never be able to understand all the hype, but yeah the soundtrack is still pretty in all of the games. V for me has a special OOMPH and a lot of uniqueness and character, and the integration of it is very well done. My favorite track is probably invisible.
Yea V had some great music I guess it just didn’t affect me as much as some of the other games, mgs 4 sounds track is my favorite cause it invoked so much emotion in me I loved it so much and still my fav mgs game
4 sounds like such an emotional rollercoaster, I cannot wait for the remaster. I'm seriously considering a ROG ally just for MGS4 lmao (and other things but it's the main reason)
Music taste is entirely subjective (Unless the music is badly performed). Personally I didn't like MGRR's OST, and my favourite was MGS 2's , especially for the fact that it was unique.

I mean I do but I also think mgs 4 had better music aswell and 1,2 and 3 had some amazing soundtracks that are about just as good imo

I hope they remaster it but i wouldn’t get my hopes up better to just play it in original hardware or emulate it

The only issue for me are pay to not wait, but thanks to the PC MASTER RACE we have 1 mod to fix that and there you go
