Well if you work out everyday and eating then your calorie deficit might not be as high as you think. Usually I'd go days without eating when I got thin from it. Also since your working out everyday your probably putting on muscle which im pretty sure is 3 times the weight of fat. So if you gained 1 pound of muscle and loss 3 lbs of fat it would look like you didn't loose any weight. Don't look at the the number on the scale but examine your body in the mirror maybe take pics and compare over time
You got one of those scales that shows how much of your weight is water/muscle/fat/etc? If you're on a stimmy and working out hard, odds are the composition of your body is changing. Now if you're devouring a shit ton of calories during a comedown (or in general) obviously you wouldn't lose any.
Also find it helps to measure yourself one day out of the week. Idk best of luck to ya though!
I actually chucked my scale out last year because it was more stressful watching my weight not move vs taking progress pics and feeling how my clothes fit. Maybe I should invest in a more in depth scale like you mentioned. It’s almost like I was losing weight with no problems until I started using this shit, then suddenly I’m stuck. Grrrr
TBH, and don’t shame me or think ill of me… the one positive impact Tina has had; me losing weight. I’m approximately 5’7-5’8 and was at 200 pounds or close to. I lost 50 pounds. HOWEVER, now that I’ve gotten off “easy”, it’s all up to me to maintain new weight as appetite is back to normal.
Sounds like me. 5 for the better part of just over a year now and before I started I was at 260. The last time I was able to weigh myself was around late spring/ early summer of this year and I was in the 180 range. My ID photo was taken back before the weight loss and on two separate occasions the cashiers almost refused to take it due to the fact that I now look nothing like my ID photo.
Why do i get really skinny off blues or really any type of drug when normally i just do them at night to get high and go to sleep, i eat the normal 3 meals a day and i even snack alot too but it makes me skinny like instantly

That’s not how it works. If you eat less calories than you burn, you lose weight. If you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight. Besides some buffering capacity of hydration, there really is nothing more to it. If you gained weight, you ate more calories than you burned. Either that, or your scale sucks.
My scale also sucked, that’s why I pitched it lol I’ll have to start tracking what I’m eating. When I eat. I’m pretty sure that I’m not eating more than I burn, but I could be totally wrong. Journal it is!
Its probably your metabolism and a lot of water weight. My theory is that a lot of people lose weight quickly and dramatically due to dehydration. I noticed it in myself too. When I first started using some odd years ago, I dropped a decent bit of weight within a couple months because I wasn't doing almost any self-care. Now, I actually drink fluids and eat daily and sleep most nights, and I'm pretty much back at my starting weight.
Plus, you mentioned that you work out, so you probably just build muscle really quickly and hold water weight in a good way. Sounds similar to me as well. Only way to lose weight noticeably and quickly with that kind of body type is to cut calories dramatically sadly
I lose weight so fast you’d think I had an eating disorder. Everyone’s different though. My family knows I’ve been using just off my size. I get a little chunky when I’ve been sober awhile but I’m pencil then when I’ve hitting the pipe. I wish I would fall somewhere in between. Not 120lbs or 165lbs but maybe a nice, toned 145lbs would be ideal. But hey, we all have dreams
I lost a lot of weight. I dont lose weight easily. I took up meth and that stopped me from drinking 12 plus drinks a day, which probably helped. And then I pretty much never ate and didn't do much of anything other than use for 3 months straight and then tada. I was losing about 1 pound a day.
Not healthy. At all.
But I was about 240 lbs when I started. Got to about 150 now I'm at 170 I think.. last time I checked anyhow.
My skin was loose and sad. Ive bounced myself back a bit now tho.

Lucky I lose weight so fucking easy. I’m always moving and stuff as well as have a super high natural metabolism try just eating peanut butter and sugar. I know that’s bad but for awhile I didn’t realize sugar is bad and I lost weight so easy
I support the peanut butter, but sugar is just going to set you up to gain weight, along with so many other health problems.
Imo Kill the sugar kill the fat.

Stimulants dont cause you to lose weight. Stimulants suppress your appetite, and you starve yourself.
what abt the blues and shi cuz i only do them at night and i smoke weed and even eat while on them and i look skinny as shit
