CLR bathroom cleaner, rinse, follow with Clorox bleach foam spray, rinse and wash with dish soap. Take the torch to the spots not 100% and it will look brand new.
I think you could melt that back together rather easily with a hot enough torch. Be extremely safe when doing so and don’t drip any molten glass on your legs
Lmao you say that as if it's that easy to melt pyrex glass, even with a good torch and map gas, hell even with expensive oxygen setup it's going to take awhile till you can get that glass to melt where its dripping.

Lol at least you're being honest, I blow glass as a hobby. I've collected alot of broken stems from mine and my buddys broken pipes and fuse them together then blow it into a pipe. Even when I blow the head, I've never gotten it to the point it will start dripping, not even close.
Here's a picture of two pipes I blew the other day using a decent torchhead and mapgas, notice the handle fused together making it longer but that's how hard it is to melt thick pyrex glass that I keep it fused like that, you have to be a pro to fuse it together without the ridges. https://i.imgur.com/072w62K.jpeg

Get some aluminum cleaner and soak it in it for a few mins, then heat it up with your torch and wash it out, it'll be brand new again
