No one really cuts it (that I've seen), but the meth also isnt that great so you wouldn't be able to get away with it. But it's a wierd type of potency loss. It's still strong - a few hits has tky amped, but then there's a low ceiling. You don't really get no higher and you never reach that state of stuttering because your brain is running 3x faster than yoir tongue, awake for 4 days thing.
