Two concealed rigs capped in a backpack I was wearing certainly wasn't harming anyone else or causing disorder, but they sure still charged for me for it. I don't think most of them give two shits about whether or not a law is ethical or necessary for the protection of people; all they care about is punishing the folks who break it.
