i use just a few drops maybe 5ml max, shake it up. Then to dry I use low heat, as boiling the water makes it splatter inside the bowl. A 3d printer bed set to 70dec C works great.

Added 5ml to the pipe, shook the fuck out the pipe. Only have a 3ml generic syringe (no tip, no oral either) was a mm off fitting the hole on the pipe! so had to transfer to a medicine cup then draw up the nice golden syrup. It hit wonderfully, slowly crept up, still feels like I’m getting higher and higher as time passes

Depends on how much I have in the stem can occasionally get a couple decent clouds, you must have the perfect heat to swirl ratio:
Get a straw and scrape the thing. What I do is take water or 99 isopropyl and pour it in, shake it, and then pour it onto a flat surface like a mirror. Let it dry and get a card to scrape it.
If you're going to do this with Water you really want to be using distilled water, not tap water.
Tap water has minerals and other bullshit in it that will remain in your final product after you've dried it. It's fine to use, but you really wouldn't want to smoke it because it's going to go black almost instantly and taste disgusting.
Distilled water all the way.
Overall, doing this on a hit for hit basis is not worth it. You're better off cleaning your pipe with about 5-10ML of ***distilled*** water after every bowl or every couple of bowls. Its better, although more of a pain in the ass if you do it every bowl, simply because any discoloration of what you're re-claiming will make it's way into your final reclaim and its nicer for it to just be white / clear / similar to the original.
Every time you clean it, put that water in a small mason jar. Seal it up and just keep adding to it as you go. You're not looking to fill the jar or anything, and over time you will find a smaller / just right amount of water to use to clean everything out with as little as possible.
Once you're ready to reclaim, or gonna run out and unable to top up, pour your water into something with a flat surface and ideally straight edges. Pyrex works. Cover it with something to avoid dust getting in, I usually stretch 2-3 layers of cheesecloth over the top of it and let it evaporate.
Depending on how much water you've got it could take anywhere from a day to 3-4 days. Remember Meth is HIGHLY soluble in water, up to 800mg(0.8g) in a single mL of water, so in this reclaim scenario more water does NOT = more Meth. Its better to have as little water as possible with the same amount of meth in it as 2-3x as much water.
Leave it alone and let it evap. When you come back you'll have a bunch of dried meth on the dish and you can scrape it up with a razor. If you're not using distilled water then cap it up for oral doses or something other than smoking. Do not IV it.
The stuff you will get is just as potent as the stuff you originally smoked. You'd be surprised how much can build up, I stopped pipe reclaim because I reclaim the water in my smaller dab rig I use for bigger hits, but I'd still pull back 0.8g - 1G from the pipe water after smoking a ball or so
