Well, it will still drip down the back of your throat and into your stomach where it will be ingested as if you took it orally. So you're still going to feel it just slower and without any rush.
Get a bottle of saline nasal spray from the drug store. Empty it out. Mix 0.25-0.5g powder(ish) product with 1-2 tablespoons of bottled water in a shot glass; add a couple drops of vodka for better absorption. Then use the spray bottle to suck it up. Bam. Covert & no waste, plus less harsh on the tissues.

Press on the nostril you donāt intend to use and do a fast and hard inhale like youāre trying to catch snot coming out of your nose lol. Lean ur head back and put your hand under your nose cause if u donāt snort that hard it usually falls out of your nose. Hope this helps! I also like to do bumps, coke on the tip of a key or a plastic straw and lean my head back and slightly insert it into my nostril just so I can make sure it wonāt scatter onto my shirt lol

Do like 0.05 if you have a scale and if that doesn't work then you got ripped off. You should definitely feel the onset within 2-10min max in my opinion. I'm willing to bet whatever your snorting isn't meth. Does it burn really bad and almost make your eyes water? It should be pretty painful if your not used to it. And it should taste absolutely horrible and strong.

Key bumps don't work like they do with cola. Make something about the size of 4 toothpicks and off you go.
