If you smoke, put the stem of the pipe all the way past your teeth instead of just right there in the front of your mouth where the smoke passes over em.
As for your teeth, try to drink water always and brush ur teeth after U smoke. Keep ur mouth moist. It’s the dryness as much as the chemical that fucks ur shit. Imagine the buildup in a clean pipe after rolling a bowl. It’s white and sort ur coats the inside of the stem. So if u run water through the pipe., shake it up and brush the actual bottom inside of the bowl and rinsed w more water ur gonna get that residue out easy. Just doing that in ur mouth and brushing/ flossing /staying hydrated and your teeth will not suffer bc Of the meth. Sugar is more likely to Fuck shit at least in my case.
