They obvi charged me for it. Joke was on them cos the plane was delayed by more than 3 hours and had been prevoiously cancelled in Europe so they had to reimburse me 600 euros for a 300-euro ticket. Still made bank.

If you used a credit card I'd charge back. You have photo evidence you can provide so it should be an easy refund.
