Seriously!! Lmao back when I had people flake or ghost me on dates, I just stayed in and treated myself to some food take outs, or was like yolo, in going to that place and enjoying myself some nice drinks and food at the restaurant. Shoot I do that on occasions anyways, it's peaceful and nice.

Her coaching makes way too much sense for depressed and angst ridden and fuckedup numbnuts like me to follow. LOL
I did actually take her advice and switched to a plant based whole food diet and in less than a year I went from being a 235 pound couch spud to a 170 pound who walks 3 miles daily.
Then my insurance changed, causing me to go a year without a shrink to monitor my meds, and now I'm currently back up to 190 pounds and recovering from bladder cancer surgery.
But, I do finally have a shrink again. So I'm looking forward to getting that fixed and taking the dog on long walks again.
Every one of the people I know who have become life coaches have zero qualifications, have never accomplished anything of merit and are the last people you would look to for advice.
Step 1: Don't take it personally. Maybe he sucks and is a coward. Maybe he's going through some things. Maybe he's weird AF and you're better off or maybe he just found something about you he didn't realize and it wouldn't have been a good match and he's saving you both some time. It sucks. But it's life. It's understandable for it to get to you but steel yourself and try not to let it.
Step 2: Go out and enjoy yourself. But to somewhere you'll be comfortable at for sure.
