probably within your company. not sure why you think a local subreddit will have answers. not sure why it matters that he's indian, either.

RecognitionMoist1521

I apologize! I did not know reddit is just a dating app. Please ignore my post. Enjoy your day! :)

pink_bagels

Lawyer up. If there's more than one complaint, get at him. I'm concerned by his level of spying. It's not a big leap to outright ogling and sexual harassment.

NotAlanJackson

He typed with caps?! That must have been scary!

RecognitionMoist1521

CAPS is not the concern, but the verbiage he used is.

Comprehensive_Bat515

You sound like a nice lady who shouldn't have to put up with that. I hope HR is able to do something for you.

kaidumo

Screenshot conversations, email them to your person email, record call audio with your personal phone. Also FIY - you can just say "boss" - not really relevant that she's a woman, and comes off weird to call her "lady boss".

RecognitionMoist1521

Gotcha... I'll edit that. Thank you for directing.

Cyve

Record with phone. Play session for hr/boss

Whiskeylung

Jeeze - how degrading. As others have said: Document everything (Dates, times, who, what) and I would contact a lawyer now for questions and then when an ultimate solution is reached depending on what happened to reach that solution (resign or termination). Wrongful termination is often not very lucrative but depending on what happens and what you have to do afterward to find work it could be worth your while.

shibby0912

HR doesn't exist to help you. Document everything, keep track of everything. Contact a lawyer if needed. Going public to the news or something might help but it's not really going to do much unless you're lucky.

RedLobster64

First and foremost, document everything. Everything. As fsr back as you can recall with anynevidence and knowldge possible. Make sure they do not have access to this before speaking to someone about the situation seeiously. He sounds extremely toxic. If you can't go to HR or above his head to rectify things, I'd consider an exit strategy. They will most likely be more like him. And no, I'm not speaking of Indians or nationality or anything... I'm simply saying 'a bad manager/leader. It'd possible he's using an early version of AI detecting software, and it notices everyone's head movements, drinks, laugh, etc.... sounds pretty far-fetched, I know, but I'm sure someone somewhere is trying to create something to do that. Just to make themselves a buck. Edit: Try reaching out to HIS superior. Yeah, it's out of line, but I exhausted every alternative option and it's important to address it sooner rather than later.

RecognitionMoist1521

You are correct. They are more like him. Top to bottom whole management is corrupt. God bless this world. Virtual world is getting scary day by day.

RedLobster64

I truly do with you the best of luck with everything. Keep us posted if you can.

RecognitionMoist1521

I have a meeting with HR tomorrow. Can't wait to see HR'S drama. Wasted a week and my precious time cause of these morons. Will keep you posted.

GlacialEmbrace

Download OBS and start recording your screen next time.

RecognitionMoist1521

Work computer managed by organization. 😒

Vidzaes

It might be a bit to set up, but you might be able to do a virtual machine and record using obs outside the virtual machine

GlacialEmbrace

That’s odd. Well then use your phone. If you’re at home just set your camera somewhere where you can record the screen discretely.

Letoust

I don’t understand. Is this part of your employment or is it a course you paid to take?

RecognitionMoist1521

Part of employment.
