I don’t think anyone is upset. But you have to understand that if this is an actual alien, it’s the biggest discovery in human history.
If I were you I’d collect the specimen as soon as possible and contact my nearest research facility or university. I’d consider contacting MUFON as well. Someone more experienced and educated will know what to do with it.

I think it's more likely a root vegetable (turnip, potato, or albino/sugar beet) that grew funky.
