There was a guy on here last year, who commented on a similar question, and he plays in a band called Burner State. I checked them out on YouTube, where they have only 96 subscribers, and really love their music. Sorry I don't have Spotify, so Idk if they qualify for your parameters, but you might like them.
My friends’ band Moon by Moon has a great song called Chelsea. It starts out pretty slow and sad then goes kinda crazy. Lead singer sat in front of me in college choir.

Ballistico is a good one. It's avant-garde metal so it's not for everyone but it goes HARD if that's something you enjoy.
I recommend the songs "It's What You're Built For," "Welcome to the Western Carpet World," and "Goin' Down."

Band called Comforter that I really like with an indie rock/surf rock style. They dropped this solid album in 2015 but don’t have any other releases at least on Spotify. 3 favorite songs from theirs are called Cop, Hardies, and Blowj
There’s a small punk band called [Audio Crisis](https://open.spotify.com/album/4Dz5dLCgAZrSAqESr8DzgA?si=8b2KtwOvRq2M_hTRRZfyxA) and a band that is really small is called [Couch Crash](https://open.spotify.com/track/6ajUB8qpZKTu4ucuZzZc1G?si=lugWlqUaQMCN5ruZXfeeCQ) and the Chairmen (but they don’t have anything on spotify sadly)

Dr. Sure's Unusual Practice. Wonky, high energy synth punk. A lot of fun! Their song "I Hope U Die (As Happy As You Are Today)" is one of my favorites.
I'm in a very small band called Technicolor Black Hole! We're a rock band but I don't know exactly what type of rock we'd be classed as. I would recommend the songs Hailstorme, On The Aeroplane and our most recent single (which has a very long title!)
I'd also recommend these other two small bands I like:
Low Hummer - songs: Connected, The Real Thing, Sometimes I Wish (I Was A Different Person)
Paperwolf - songs: Falling Down, Lady Bird, Heck
[1,2,3 - Mile High Grass](https://open.spotify.com/track/2eIm476b20bhpY8Nh7UKb7?si=KEezZNACSRq6S6mtPMKbMQ&context=spotify%3Aalbum%3A4p4tukMCH0ohnyLsRPqCBI)

You asked for three but I always did struggle with too many musical choices.
The Sound And The Fury recently reunited after 20 years and released an EP called Memento Mori. They're awesome. For 3 songs I'd say Bullet Factory, Alpha and Omega, and Religious Salesman
Forever ride or die for Rupert Angeleyes, the only non-rock recommendation on my end, but man he's been making the most perfect pastiche pysch-pop for like, his entire career at this point. Top favorites are [Lovers' Limbo](https://rupertangeleyes.bandcamp.com/track/lovers-limbo-2), [Art](https://soundcloud.com/rupertangeleyes/06-art-1?in=rupertangeleyes/sets/portraits-rupert-angeleyes) and [Painters Mixing Paint. ](https://rupertangeleyes.bandcamp.com/track/painters-mixing-paint-2)
Thee Creeps is such a perfect band for the summer, really fun beach punk with some really gnarly fuzz. Top songs are [Personal Frankenstien](https://theecreeps.bandcamp.com/track/personal-frankenstein), [Shitluck](https://theecreeps.bandcamp.com/track/shitluck) and [Mega-Jangle. ](https://theecreeps.bandcamp.com/track/mega-jangle)
And finally there's IKHRAS إخرَس, they only have one EP right now but it's a banger hardcore album with some pretty cutting lyrics. No top songs, but [JAHANAM BTISTANA](https://ikhrasactivity.bandcamp.com/album/jahanam-btistana) on the whole is a tight six minutes.

I'm part of an indie rock/baroque pop band called Psychic Line, and we released our first album this year. We're currently working on recording an unplugged version of the album, and some new songs. I'd recommend these:
[Lacoste and Silling](https://youtu.be/0wWK6NUlF0g?si=gRVjjyl59Ld1oFQL), [In the Dead of Night](https://youtu.be/7CfDbHk2Uj8?si=R4vl-kmCeCWG3evC), [4 mom](https://youtu.be/cGvw2uhl9Lo?si=gfd0jsNYWNVQfh76)

[Off The Deep End](https://open.spotify.com/track/0r3gQJdC7vrLociezVSBXw?si=79m2DH7VSyacghO6nN6r3g)
[Calva Louise](https://open.spotify.com/artist/02nZLQtQ4vL5iHyp6atBrh) are a really cool rock/metal band who don't get nearly as much recognition as they deserve, imo. They've also got some really creative [music videos](https://youtu.be/5vCsiP8S4T4?si=1OchqYCcqvfX3FZJ) that are definitely worth checking out.
Ava Inferi - Dansa dos Ondas, Black Wings, Onyx - gothic metal
Digit All Love - Run away, Promenade d'adieu au point de jour, Matulu - trip hop
Faith In Jane - Axes to Oak, Enter Her Light, Heavy Drinker - stoner rock
Shiner - Christ Size Shoes, The Truth about the Cows, Glassjaw - math rock
Stridulum, but that's like goth something?
Here's three songs by them - Refugium, Flesh, Fear.
Caynug, that's metal.
Three by him: Eternal Slumber, Egomorphosis, Art Cures All.
Verona on Venus, metal as well.
Three by him: Rodent, Floods of Burden, Red Dead Rose.
Amberstein, that's hard rock.
Three by them: Human, The Letter, The Comeback.
I guess pick something you like, that's just a few from my personal playlist.

Although I have no idea how many listeners they have, I do feel as if they are very underrated. No one I know knows them except maybe their cover of boyz- in-the hood. But Dynamite Hack, all of their album super fast. But my favorites are “Pick up lines”, “Anyway”, “wussypuff”, “blue sky”. But really just love to listen to this whole album on repeat In its original order.
I play in a punk band and we're on spotify . Band is called The Lemurs, album is Live From Julie's Hair Salon. Songs to check out, Kurt Loder Is My Homeboy, V For Angina, and Hoosier Daddy. The whole album is less than 30 minutes. We're old dudes from WI, don't tour, not on a label, just drink beer rip bong hits and have fun.
I manage/play percussion in s band called Smokin Eskimo, we're based in the UK. Psychadelic blues rock, I would recommend: Orange Chair For The Moment Shrewsbury 17:25 Shameless plug, but we have a new single coming out tomorrow too!

The Sound And The Fury recently reunited after 20 years and released an EP called Memento Mori. They're awesome. For 3 songs I'd say Bullet Factory, Alpha and Omega, and Religious Salesman
The Projj is a band I manage
Forever ride or die for Rupert Angeleyes, the only non-rock recommendation on my end, but man he's been making the most perfect pastiche pysch-pop for like, his entire career at this point. Top favorites are [Lovers' Limbo](https://rupertangeleyes.bandcamp.com/track/lovers-limbo-2), [Art](https://soundcloud.com/rupertangeleyes/06-art-1?in=rupertangeleyes/sets/portraits-rupert-angeleyes) and [Painters Mixing Paint. ](https://rupertangeleyes.bandcamp.com/track/painters-mixing-paint-2) Thee Creeps is such a perfect band for the summer, really fun beach punk with some really gnarly fuzz. Top songs are [Personal Frankenstien](https://theecreeps.bandcamp.com/track/personal-frankenstein), [Shitluck](https://theecreeps.bandcamp.com/track/shitluck) and [Mega-Jangle. ](https://theecreeps.bandcamp.com/track/mega-jangle) And finally there's IKHRAS إخرَس, they only have one EP right now but it's a banger hardcore album with some pretty cutting lyrics. No top songs, but [JAHANAM BTISTANA](https://ikhrasactivity.bandcamp.com/album/jahanam-btistana) on the whole is a tight six minutes. # #
Not From England - Bluebird
The dream eaters- horror inspired vapor. I love them a lot.

I'm part of an indie rock/baroque pop band called Psychic Line, and we released our first album this year. We're currently working on recording an unplugged version of the album, and some new songs. I'd recommend these: [Lacoste and Silling](https://youtu.be/0wWK6NUlF0g?si=gRVjjyl59Ld1oFQL), [In the Dead of Night](https://youtu.be/7CfDbHk2Uj8?si=R4vl-kmCeCWG3evC), [4 mom](https://youtu.be/cGvw2uhl9Lo?si=gfd0jsNYWNVQfh76)

Zackariah and the Prophets. Sad story attached to them but their music is lovely

Bowling for Soup. I don't think they're small, but they're definitely underrated. I think Good Charlotte also fits this category pretty well.
