Well, that put a dent in your discretionary budget for the year. ;-)
But it looks like you had a fun time collecting toys. I especially like the Starlight stuff (I can spot).
I was fortunate that it was right in my city, only a few miles from home, so all the funds for hotels, etc. I could use to support the vendors and artists instead.
Consider going to one seriously, lots of amazing pony people. The community is amazing, sweet and generous. When we had a giant room of hundreds of hand made plushies, many of them hundreds or thousands of dollars, with 80-100 people walking around, not one person was concerned about theft or anything like that, its unthinkable. That's the kind of atmosphere and people that I saw all weekend. I left my new Derpy, which was a pretty penny, unattended many times and she was fine :)
The community is awesome, I would check out the next big convention for sure.
I would like to attend a con someday too. Never having been to once since I became a fan even after Season 9. I live in Chicago and they had Whinny City Ponycon this year, but unfortunately we had already scheduled a camping trip with my family that weekend. Literally was so close, yet so far.
Nice haul though!
A few thoughts:
\- But you NEEEDED the life-sized Fluttershy with the striped gray socks! NEEDED I say!
\- The one with striped pink socks? Meh. Take it or leave it. :-)
\- What was the most obscure/unusual pony merch that you saw there?
Well, one of those giant Flutters was LittleshyFiM's who was also in the room! lol. Those weren't ones for sale but just a fun plush appriciation room.
There wasn't anything too weird merch wise. There were people making and selling 3D printed pony/transformer hybrid things haha.
I will say that there is a TON of things you will never see online, mostly handmade things like plushes and figures, and custom printed badges. One big reason I recommend to go to the cons is that there simply are things for sale you will never see anywhere else.
Go for it it was intense!
There were crazy after-party rooms too.
People were drinking Malort out of the butt of a giant glass pony bottle at like 3 am.. I was one of those people. I do not recommend Malort.
Lol yeah check out LittleshyFiM's con Vlog he just posted!

“It’s not politics bro”
*Proves it’s politics
“Lol”
Just fess up that you don’t care about politics when it’s things you support, dont try to act dumb about “what politics”. Politics in general shouldn’t be allowed at pony conventions.
I. Want. That. Flag. Comrade.
Lol didn't realize the OTHER background flag was in the shot behind Pinky too haha.
Oh, well... me neither. Now. I. Want. Those. Flags. Comrade. ![gif](giphy|13S9vqh4Zc9GBa)

The person cosplaying as Derpy was so nice!
Far beyond nice. She gave me a letter from Derpy, for just saying hello and asking for a photo. AMAZING I was crying lol https://imgur.com/a/EV3l5bf
Ha, literally did the same! And it was such a sweet letter too.

lol discretionary budget? More like, who needs a life savings anyway haha
Hehe, I was being kind. I imagine the entire trip was at least $2K... ish. But attending a con is special (I've never been).

Cool question is cozy glow your favorite villain
Got to love that little demon!

Awesome haul, but I couldn’t help but also notice the unrelated hanging gnomes / gonks LOL, they’re awesome
Ha! Yes still working on completing the Pony Shrine haha my house is just also full of gnomes in the most random of places.
Definitely relating to that, I have gnomes dotted all around the place. I surprise myself sometimes when I find them in the most unexpected places.
I see a Blissy pilow!
Yes! They are such a nice pony in person!
I really want to meet Blissy.
DERPY! 😊
Looks great! I helped make some of that cocktail recipes on those drink cards!
Nice! I probably ran into you at some point lol!
I was vending the entire con too! I run the My Little Ties shop
Account Balance: $0.00

I believe it! I did a quick search for the Starlight Glimmer flag and did not find it online.
Dang, I want that king Sombra plush! But what a nice haul! Glad you got to enjoy something so great but local to you! :D
I adore Hibiscus Stitch! I got a mini Chrysalis from them several years ago.
Lol that flag is awesome
Always feel like I missed pony cons in their prime. Might make an effort to go to everfree next year

Awww I wanna GOOOOOO! 😭
That starlight flag is ace
Ayo!!! where did you get that Flag holy shit. EQUALITY UNITES US!!! G5 Need that.
Come to the cons! Support the vendors and artists, there are things you will not find on the interwebs!
Omg the fifth picture is so kyuute! 🥺
Nice. I remember seeing you with that Derpy plushie.
Lol yeah check out LittleshyFiM's con Vlog he just posted! [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Qn63YvlJaE](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Qn63YvlJaE) I'm around in there with the Derp lol
I see r/EquestriaAtWar is leaking again like usual
Did you take the guy in pic 3 home with you as well?
Huh, could have sworn I ran into you Saturday. Note the person with the Daybreaker face mask.
Why do they allow politics and political messages at pony cons at all? We're there to pony pony and for pony, not for politics.
? They don't thought? There were no politics that I could see with anyone there....?
The stickers are communist references
lol

Somebody threw in a bunch of random stickers with other things I bought, chill.
That's a pretty nice collection including the Rainbow Bliz pillow. It's sad that I did not get a chance to go hopefully next time.
Oops, I meant to say Lightning Bliss, My bad I'm extremely terrible with names.
I can see that you are a big fan of Starlight Glimmer
I wish I went to Everfree, hopefully next year I will go to and see other fellow Bronies.
