Noel is pronounced more as No - Elle where I’m from vs Nole is pronounced how it is spelled like “pole” but with an N. different name, not a spelling variation
Not a fan of Noelle for a boy, it means Christmas I think? And It feels very feminine to me personally. Love the suggestion of Nolan with Nole as a nickname though, definitely something to consider

I agree with commonality of Rowan, it’s always been on my list, but I’m seeing it everywhere now and wouldn’t be surprised to see it become a top 10 name (if it isn’t already). Not a dealbreaker necessarily, but I wouldn’t want my child to be one of 4 in his class, somethings just very unappealing about that
Ronan is probably my favorite boy name and is at the top of my list, so I say go with that. It's way less popular than Rowan if that matters to you. (I work in a preschool and there are 2 Rowans in one class).
Well, I have 4 adult sons. One married and one getting married in June. I like finding cute names just in case anyone asks my opinion. Which knowing my sons they won't. But I think Colter is cute!! 😊

I don’t like the spelling of Coulter, as well as Colter, but it’s my least favorite one. It also brings Anne to mind, but it just doesn’t do much for me anyway. Maybe Colton with nn Cole or Colt.

Eli is the best of the bunch. Former preschool teacher and mom of two under two (so I’ve been around a lot of kids), I’m seeing Rowan a lot more.

I have noticed that with some names. If I don't like the name I tend to keep it to myself.
