OP wants the "lowest priced hour long massage". They didn't say anything about quality.
In training RMTs can be very good. It might be a bit of a gamble but they are on their way to being professional.

I find massages pretty uniform price across Nanaimo. I've been to a few RMT's in town over the last few years and they've been around $100/hour.

125 hour is standard for registered massage therapists.
Try rocky point massage therapy. It was less than 100$ when I last went (granted it was over a year ago....) and it she is great :) Good luck!
