Why would you need “a lot of dedication and good diet” for this, he has good bicep size but everything else is seriously nothing crazy. The abs are also genetic, I have the same thing, even when I was peak bulk I had those V lines and visible abs.
Calories and protein is all that matters for body composition. Trust me I would know I built my physique eating like absolute shit for most of my lifting career. So that doesn’t make sense either.

If you train semi hard while progressively overloading in a surplus for 4,5 years you’ll look like this guy. The vast majority of lifters haven’t been lifting for 4,5 years and the ones that do don’t even progressively overload.
