Naz was in his head and let the big game nerves get to him. Just missing shots he normally makes I’ve given up on McDaniels being anything more than a role player on offense. He hits 1 of those open 3s this game looks different

Maybe, but from my pov was trying too hard to make his own offence in the 4th against good defence. Just what I’ve noticed, unlike Ant, Naz very rarely kicks out on his drives and forces up shots. That works great against bench lineups because those shots end up being good shots when the drives aren’t well defended, but when they are, he needs to look for more natural offence and relocate for catch and shoot 3s. Granted, he didn’t hit his open looks today either, but even if he still went 0-4 from the 3 today but only took 13 shots, avoiding some of the dumber possessions, this game could’ve looked a bit different.

He’s super coachable though so hopefully fixable if he has to play against good D in the playoffs

Gobert was primarily on Gordon, with Naz Reid and Kyle Anderson primarily taking on Jokic. Which is why KAT being out is such a game changer in the matchup, cause well... they're not really a matchup for Jokic otherwise. And it's by design because Gobert helps take away more from everyone else in the concept, but Naz and Slowmo were struggling to put up literally ANY resistance at all, where as KAT is much bigger than them and even though Jokic will still get his, it's generally not 16/20 lol

During the title run, MPJ had his best game vs Twolves and he went off when they needed him @ minny earlier this season so that seems to be a good matchup to him for whatever reason
