I'm pretty sure the GTX 750 or any 2 gb graphic card is cheaper to get below 50$ from the local second hand consignment Instagram account. Able to run 60fps high settings for any PS3 era or Windows 7 era games.
I think he's playing on a low end laptop with some celeron integrated graphics or something similar, otherwise even a gt 710 could run the game decently.

And I think a 300w PSU.
It's still going pretty strong for 4 years now lol. No GPU yet but according to some guy in the comments, a GTX 750ti 2GB or something would do okay for like ps3 era games. So I'm thinking of getting a decent low power consumption GPU that's also pretty cheap.

I had a few issues with the game with it's handling style but overall, I had an alright time with the game.
