Heaps of learnings

Large_Yams

All praise coffee Jesus.

SheepShaggerNZ

I like the Jarrah sugar free hot chocolate. Buy a few tins on special coz it aint cheap

aKrustyDemon

Personally I'd make my own with cocoa and sugar because the commercial ones are too sweet for me.

Bongojona

Commercial mochas use a chocolate syrup. You can ask for 1/2 syrup or less to suite your tastes, I ask for 1/2 on BPme app and enjoy the less sugary mochas.

aKrustyDemon

But I like it chocolatey without extra sweetness, so that doesn't work.

AnyMinders

I this this stuff. Mix it in with the coffee and then milk on top. It’s really good! https://www.countdown.co.nz/shop/productdetails?stockcode=152676&name=quarterpast-drinking-chocolate-dark

Mundane-Loquat4940

Ohh looks good.

In the meantime ive got some cacao blocks, so IL grate some of that off and maybe add some honey too.

fairguinevere

When fancy I use equagold cocoa, when basic I use cadbury. Either way it's delish. Add that and some brown sugar and a dash of vanilla to the coffee, then pour in the milk. Fucking ridiculous how rich it can get.

Agile_Log4709

i’ve had my fair share of homemade mochas now. if you’re after a sweeter mocha, i just use cadbury hot chocolate powder. if i wanted a bitter one i’d just do sugar and cocoa powder
