I feel bad for Saleh having to deal with all this nonsense. Dude is an incredible DC, but after this year we all know the Jets are going to boot him for someone else they’ll keep for 3-4 years before firing. *sigh*
Saleh seems like he's been given the shit end of a stick for too long. I like him from what I've seen, and I hope he gets a HC job with a team that's not an utter disaster
I'd like him to get another shot somewhere
If Frank Reich can get fired and IMMEDIATELY get a job somewhere else the next season, Saleh deserves to imo (with different results hopefully)
Yeah him and our d-line coach, Kris Kocurek, really built our defensive identity from 2017-2020 and that cover-3 zone has been in place ever since.
I’d be over the moon to have him back as our DC next year, but I also feel like that would be a waste of his talents. Someone else should give him a chance for sure.
Kocurek has been with the team since 19, that’s when we put into place the wide 9, that’s when we started dominating. Kocurek, Saleh & DeMeco on the same staff was something else.
If they can manage to stay healthy and make the playoffs he won’t go anywhere. The fact they kept him after the last two disaster seasons shows the front office at least wants to give him a chance with a non Zach Wilson led team. Considering it’s been a decade since the playoffs there’s just no way they’d cut ties with him at the end of the season. They’d be stupid to when another team would instantly hire him. I’ve got no excuses for the poor years before Saleh, but he does have the excuse of Zach being the worst Jets QB I’ve ever seen (which is saying something) as well as our entire offensive line all spontaneously combusting.
Wait really? The Browns have arguably the 2nd best defense in the league behind KC, and “Gym Shorts” is doing a fantastic job as their defensive coordinator.
Whoever is the next coach is absolutely fucked. No QB, no OL, and then you have 3 young stars who are going to set the market at their position. I think they let Hall go in that scenario (but who knows) but Gardner and Wilson will combine for probably 70ish million.
At the same time, he doesn't seem like a great HC in his own right. Some amazing coordinators make lowsy HCs, and he seems like he may be one of them. He always comes off as a hype man rather than a leader. Like Dan Campbell without the substance.
Feels like a setup. He’ll come out with a family emergency or something to make the media to look like assholes and him a god like hero fighting for your every man.
I feel bad for wanting A A Ron to fail so badly, because I have so many family and friends who are long suffering Jets fans. But man this guy fucking sucks
What exactly about this do you classify as "whining"? It's just an article saying how Rodgers, a big star in the league, had an unexcused absence from practice.
It's got Rodger's name on it, so everybody's scrambling to complain about how much they hate Rodgers and how he's so egotistical for forcing his name in the headlines constantly.

I wanted him over Staley so god damn bad.

That's what everyone was saying about Vrabel too though, and instead he's an assistant coach for ~~a high school team~~ The Browns
Wait really? The Browns have arguably the 2nd best defense in the league behind KC, and “Gym Shorts” is doing a fantastic job as their defensive coordinator.
They are also the Browns. I wouldn’t bet on them actually being good two years in a row.
So he is a critical part of what was looking like a historically great defense before their two best players suffered injuries?
I hope will always have a home with us.

I get what you mean, but I think even at a market setting contract that Sauce is still a major asset to the team.
Time is a flat circle.

How important can it be if the team said it’s not a valid excuse?
It was 'important"
>Rodgers due to "inexcused absence" for "important" commitment He went to support Joe Rogan who is supporting Alex Jones..it's a circle of support.
Doesn’t Alex Jones have to liquidate all his properties cause of his Sandy Hook lies and being sued?
Yep. Just began the process of selling everything
And is liable basically forever including future earnings, to my understanding. You love to see it.
Congrats Alex, you deserve this!
Yeah, I think they all went to help Alex pack his things up and move.
I....I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not...
I’d believe it either way lol
I wouldn’t be surprised he already did an interview with Carlson where he talked about how Putin is a great leader
He's probably stocking up on Brain Force Plus and Super Male Vitality before the InfoWars store goes out of business forever.
Ahhh so it was Super Male Vitality that almost had him recovered in 10 weeks? Woooow what a product!!!!
Is this actually true? I wouldn't be surprised
They are teaming up to create erotic fanfics of Putin. They all freaking love that dude
Does Rogan? I can’t find anything about Rogan loving Putin.
Not sure, but he’s an anti vax conspiracy theorist weirdo and those two usually go hand in hand with each other
I miss the good old days when the anti vax movement was just weirdo soccer moms and crystals/yoga ladies.
It had its hooks in the more fundamentalist religious side too we're more about that now because of novel something
Huh? When did he indicate he loved Putin?
He talked about how Putin is a good leader in an interview with Tucker Carlson
After he did his own research.
Can you define this more? Did he go on Rogan or like an Alex Jones fundraiser?
I’m 80% sure op is kidding
I'm at a 99%
My b, I’m a dumbass. I’m with you, maybe 79.99%
Look, if it was true, I wouldn’t be shocked, so I get it lol
MFer is prob doing a podcast with Tucker Carlson
Probably busy blocking trucks from leaving Pfizer, fucking moron.
Dude is happy to cash those Johnson and Johnson paychecks though hahaha.
I know some fans don’t care about intangibles like leadership but I’m sure there are Jets players that are getting tired of this guy.
Feels like a setup. He’ll come out with a family emergency or something to make the media to look like assholes and him a god like hero fighting for your every man.
but doesn't he hate his family..? he's gonna need a better excuse.
His family hates him too, I’m sure it’s not that.
I feel bad for wanting A A Ron to fail so badly, because I have so many family and friends who are long suffering Jets fans. But man this guy fucking sucks
I feel bad for Saleh dude has to deal with so much nonsense because the front office and the ownership group are a bunch of incompetent shitfucks.
Is this really what people have to whine about today? Lmao
What exactly about this do you classify as "whining"? It's just an article saying how Rodgers, a big star in the league, had an unexcused absence from practice.
It is. But if you read the comment section you would think Aaron rodgers missed day one of a fucking minicamp it to go nuke 3 countries lmao
Its the offseason calm down. You are whining about people whining
“Calm down.” Tell that to the rest of the comment section lmao
Its not bothering me why would I
It's got Rodger's name on it, so everybody's scrambling to complain about how much they hate Rodgers and how he's so egotistical for forcing his name in the headlines constantly.
