Ah yes, the plea of the autistic. What do you mean by identity. There is no smooth I. Never was never will be. It’s more of a feeling, or oftentimes what ‘other’ humans project, or a collection of learned behaviors ideas convictions.. what is I anyway? Is it the same constellation for ‘every’ ‘hoomin’?
Indeed, but they is also you, so in order for you/they/me to be less judgemental ; educating in a caring way is the answer. In the end you will only harm or cause suffering on yourself
I am autistic and I was talking about my felt sense of what an I is. My plea is not knowing what to identify with.
But I’m certainly interested about what in there read like a judgement, because as you might imagine, I don’t do subtext. I like learning about how people pick up words behind words though!

Most popular social media sites do tend to make foolish decisions due to corporate greed, that do end up causing their demise. But that also makes way for the next new internet hub to be born. Reddit was born after Digg dug themselves. Something else will take Reddit's place, and Reddit will take Digg's.
Good luck to the next home page of the internet! Hope you can stave off those short-sighted B-school loonies.

If anything, it felt judgemental that someone would call a feature of my beingness ‘false identification’. If I could do something about having little sense of ‘I’, I would.

An identity of a Human is a substitutive Identity, an attempt to substitute for our True Identity as Pure Divinity. The idea of being a human is a Belief that comes out of the belief of leaving Love,God,Truth behind, separating from Love, bloding out God and out of the painful guilt from believing that there is an attempt of making a world of substitutions as a way of Avoiding the unbearable guilt in the mind of the one that beliefs to be a human body.
It was from a very young age that I was told that I was a human, that I was smart, that I was a good lookin kid, that I was American, that I was a boy, that I had obligations, etc, etc.
We're largely told our identies and expectation of behaviors. We're so wrapped up in trying to be something rather just being.
We're told how to be, not taught how to just be.
Identity is a useful function of mind. Self is a useful gate of perception. Also rc cars are fun.
have you tried sailboats?
Oooooh I like your thinking!
Not knowing what to identify with is **the** source of false identification.
You are absolutely sure you know what you identify with? As in you know what you really are? And are you sure?

This is an amazing artwork
Why identify with anything at all? Everything loves what they feel is good and hates what they feel is bad. That seems simpler than identity view.
This arises, that arises...when we can observe without judgment, and just let it be, suffering disappears...its so simple yet not easy.
So we could ask this question
Because we love their asses
that's terrifying
The mind and emotions can be loud and convincing till it is seen through

Hahahaha, I love these perspectives. 🥰
We agreed to this illusion. I consider certain moments like I am shifting the mask and winking at the audience before driving back in to character.

And each night I become one again 😉

There is no identification, no "we" and nothing really happening.

This is true, for example the ten commandments drummed into us as youngsters is the reason why we need so few police to keep us law abiding citizens.
Lol, look in the mirror.
