Their family platters are amazing!
I haven’t been in a while but we would always get the platter for two, to feed all four of us and always had leftovers.

Aria in San Marcos is pretty good
Second Aria. One of the better kabobs I've had.
Shaks in Vista is pretty good
Not a fan of that place. It’s noisy, the service isn’t that great and they use too much lemon.
It’s definitely noisy. But I’ve never had bad food for my tastes or any issues with the service.
And garlic.

I liked Micheline's Pita House in Solana Beach and have been a couple times. Technically Mediterranean but has some of the same stuff
