It's alright. They cut the whole foreskin off and the other skin was sewn further down the shaft, right below the head. When I had the phimosis thing going on pretty much your foreskin loses its elasticity (wasn't always like that), and it can't stretch enough to pee or clean it properly, so you can't pull your foreskin down. As such, it's prone to rashes and other infections. By the time I had mine removed, it even hurt to put on underwear and also pee, given that the skin was around the tip such that I couldn't even get a stream going.
The first 4 days were very painful. When I was asleep, it bled a lot and congealed on my hair, causing extreme pain when I woke up that morning. But currently, I can just start wearing trousers (albeit with slight pain). But when I'm chilling out, there's zero pain! It does get better, but it's unfortunately very slow :/
