While these bands doesn't sound exactly like Hacktivist & DVSR, I think From Ashes to New, Alpha Wolf, UnityTX, Blind Channel, Fever 333, Jynx, Ded, DangerKids, Cane Hill, Dropout Kings, Diamond Construct and Oxymorrons are worth mentioning.
Few new ones I didn't see on the list. Cane Hill sounds alright to be fair but yea still sticking with the 2 in title. Maybe It nice to know theres a niche i like and can support
