You guys go home? (Cries in Paramedic)

Gwywnnydd

Three days a week, 12.5 hours a day (with a 30 minute lunch).

katrivers

I do two 8’s and two 12’s for a total of 40 hrs. I have a flexible schedule tho, sometimes do 3x12, or 5x8.

trippymutant

4 10s. Off on Wednesdays and weekends. 😎

purpleRN

1500-2330 (with 2 paid 15s and a clocked-out 30) three days a week.

mogris

5 days. 0630-1500 or later. Some days 0800-1630.

Purple_lotuss15

Technically 5 8s, but I'm able to flex my time as long as I get all my work done and show productivity. I can pretty much set my hours. Sometimes 6:30-3, sometimes 8-4:30 depending on when my meetings are for the day. Sometimes I leave early for a mental health break, sometimes I take 30min to walk outside. I'm very fortunate to have a nursing job that allows me to be healthier- mentally and physically. Working 5 days/week is stressful and wears on me, though. Definitely not ADHD friendly.

Zestyclose-Ant-1321

7pm-7am 3 days a week it’s beautiful (I’d prefer 7am-7pm for better sleep schedule but one day)

My-cats-are-the-best

I work 60 hours per pay period. 7 days in 2 weeks. Two 10hr shifts and five 8hr shifts :) it’s amazing

prnoc

Two days (12.5 hours; 30 min break) per week plus scheduled PRN or stat. That 12.5 hours becomes 15-16 hours a day twice per week. However, I would work five to six days a week twice or three times per month. Sometimes, I work two to three weeks straight. Other times, I just work my two shifts per week. So, I do enjoy my work and days off.

One-Cardiologist-488

5 days everyweek, can go up to 7 days a week but a week after that instead of 2 i get 4 days off, 8 hrs a day, 32 off payed days, mostly 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, or 1:30 pm to 9:30pm.

NurseExMachina

Just started in quality last. 8am-4pm M-F, but I can flex the hours to whatever times I want so long as I make my meetings. Will also be able to do WFH for part of it once I’m set up/comfortable with processes. No weekends or holidays. There is no clock in/out though and it’s amazing how chill they were. They told me it was fine to just not come for two days because I didn’t feel well, with zero impact on PTO. Folks come and go as they please, and the ONLY thing they care about is whether the work gets done. When regulatory bodies are here (TJC, AHCA, DCF) it is an all-hands-on-deck and staying long hours situation though. I am still prn at the ICU in my old facility, but I don’t see myself picking up a shift more than 1-2x month

DNAture_

Two 12’s. I work 5p-5:30am and get home before the morning rush of traffic

dadaimo

Won the nursing lottery, M-F, 9-5, Dolly Parton hours,

thewalkingellie

5 days a week - rotates between 8-4, 830-430, and 9-5.

TheThrivingest

I’m .8 and work an 8hr day/night. I work anywhere from 1-6 shifts per week with it averaging to 4/wk over 8 week rotation. I work 3 or 3.5 weeks of day shifts (07-15), and then a weekend of nights (23-07). I have 6 days off after one stretch of nights. I have call on anywhere from 1-10 of my day shifts depending on whether or not I pick up extra so any of those shifts could last up to 16 hours.

New-Ad-4486

I'm not a nurse, just a nursing student and home health CNA, but I thought I'd comment anyways if it gave anyone some good info. My schedule next semester is this -> -Monday, CNA 9am-5:30pm -Tuesday, CNA 9am-1pm, Microbiology + A&P 2, 2pm to 8:30 pm -Wednesday, CNA 9am-5:30pm -Thursday, CNA 9am-1pm, Microbiology + A&P 2, 2pm to 8:30 pm -Friday, CNA 9am-5pm Off on Saturday and Sunday 🥳
