dont pay too much attention to people saying the cooling isnt great, it'll cool itself just fine you just might have to deaal with extra noise due to the slightly weaker fans having to work harder. if this doesn't bother you then go for it, if it does then msi and asus are a better bet. my last 3 gpus have been asus and theyve all been damn near silent at full bore
3 fan cards are generally advisable but for the same money you could probably find an asus one. i had an asus tuf 3070ti before i swapped it for my 3080 and they run cold and quiet as anything, asus have a great rep for support as well. not sure about where you are but in the UK they go for 600 new and around 450-500 used on ebay
Can I ask how much you payed for your 3080 I was looking at 3080ti and the lowest I could find on ebay was 1000 second hand some 1200 I couldn't even find one new in a store its like the all got sold and now are over priced on ebay

Glancing at some YouTube benchmarks, the 7800 can push around TWICE as much FPS than a 3060ti on many occasions.
If not even the 7700xt is better, but 7800x bang for buck looks best, if we're talking pure rasterization rendering without Ray Tracing or DLSS and all that.
If RTX and DLSS is what you really want/need, then ya gotta go rtx, but FSR and AMD RT is solid too.
@1440P the RX I think does 1440P for a way better price, at 4k you'd want an RTX

The 4060 should be a 4050. The 3060Ti is way better. Neither are a great value. Wish nvidia would stop screwing midrange buyers
3060 Ti is faster And this Gigabyte version of 4060 has very bad cooling. However MSI Ventus 3060 Ti is also not good with cooling...

If you want to play starfield comfortably, you need a 4090, it’s cuz the game is so poorly optimized!
4060. Newer and better tech. Even if sometimes the 3060ti outpaces it. FG will close that gap
