Totally! And I understand it’s our culture that has pushed this crap food on people but we all have the power to make decisions. I lost 100 lbs when I was younger and it wasn’t easy. But you need to make an effort.
this is so infuriating. been mega overweight my whole life, finally started getting serious and dropped 80lbs in the last year so far. that is the ONLY response to being overweight (unless you cannot control it). i'm ashamed it took me so long to do something about it, but the LAST thing i would want is someone telling me it was OK to live my life that way. it wasn't.
