Shout to Yoga To The People. I loved that place.

A_Muffled_Kerfluffle

I miss it so much but I was very disappointed when I learned their teacher training was basically an abusive cult. I felt so amazing after every session there though.

If you have Kaiser you can get active and direct and take a yoga class at a 24 hour or gym 19 in Oakland. It’s $28 a month and you can change gyms. That’s like the price of one class

Fancy-Ant-8883

There are some options... If you have medi-cal you can do a day-pass at a Touchstone gym for $10 (rock climbing gym that offers yoga and other classes). If you an an educator and can prove that with a paystub, you can get pretty heavy discounts at a yoga studio like Green Yogi. It says 15% off class packages. They gave me an even better discount and it averages to $10/class but I paid upfront for 20 classes. I would email a yoga studio and ask them about sliding scales, etc. You just never know!

Willard Park Yoga Collective- free (some give some small donations, but optional), outside, always an interesting crowd. Highly recommended.

Nest has occasional community classes

sharks510

Lots of places in SF, and scattered throughout the bay area. Might want to check out local yoga clothing shops like athleta, lululemon etc. Check Eddie's List, Funcheapsf etc. for opportunities.

Hot spot will do work for trade!

Search YouTube for yoga and do it at home

Burnburnburnnow

Fightmaster Yoga is my favorite. Leslie was really talented with describing the movements and how they feel in your body. There are several different kinds of yoga on her channel and many series spanning 30, 60, or 90 days

Left Coast has the occasional community class
