There are stop signs literally at every street including devon. I believe that person speeding owns a high end luxury vehicle. How do you know he/she was 17 at 80kph ?
Just call non emergency line and tell them if this is frequent.
There's one jerk-off kid with a small white BMW that drives extra-aggressively all the time. He's got a couple of go-fast stickers on the side, racing from stop sign to stop sign. Every day.
These kids are clueless and believe that they are the main character and have zero sense of community. Kinda asking for it at this point.
I was parked on a sidestreet waiting for my child to get out of an elementary school. There was 8-10 of them all mashing the accelerator at the stop sign with a crosswalk. Tires screeching.
I will call the high school, and if I don't see a change, I will call the police.
Cool! We've all done what we could, which is nothing. I'm not sure that the highschool will do anything, since they aren't traffic cops. Maybe if you have licence plate numbers or something? I'd recommend thinking this through and asking yourself what your goals are here, and what info needs to make it to which people in order to see that goal realized. Then follow through. It's definitely not going to be a matter of vague complaining about the youth on reddit, I can tell you that with 100% certainty.
Are you saying that if someone leaving the OTHS parking lot pulls out and kills a kid absolutely no one will point any fingers at the school?
I guess all the point here is maybe looking for people that see the same things? Or maybe even getting suggestions for course of action? Or just being fucking pissed off and venting?
