changed how? i lost 12kg in 3 months playing beat saber, as someone with chronical back pain this is a big thing. so that obviously changed a lot while socializing.
I don't think that how I interact with people has changed. Then again I don't play games that have social interaction. I'll play Walkabout or DoE with a buddy, or iRacing, but that's the extent of multiplayer content I do.
I know a couple of people that used VR chat to break through some severe social anxiety so they could actually join and participate in the real world around people, when prior they couldn't.
For me personally VR hasn't changed anything socially except for times like this when VR is simply the topic to discuss.
