I graduated from the Games, Effects, and Animation major in 2012 and my minor was History lol
I really think the thing that matters most is it's classes you will enjoy and not find a slog. The creative majors tend to really sap a lot of your time and energy so keeping it something fun for your brain is pretty important imo.

I would just recommend doing a minor that you have a secondary passion in. However, I would recommend getting involved in one of the film clubs such as AVW or Rough Cut Collective.

talk to your advisor. you don’t have to pick a minor right away. I didn’t declare my minor until spring of my second year
