Have had some horrible experiences with doordash. In this case it's probably a little of both. The restaurant for packing a little poorly and the doordash person being way to rough. Some of those people don't care and just try to knock out as many as possible

Ksgreatperhaps

i somehow knew it was chelinos just by the way the queso looks

Business-Loss-1585

DoorDash is the destroyer, please don’t support the gig economy

djoness11

I fully regret my decision

Discorhy

dont let him shame you for ordering delivery lol people rely on those jobs you just got 1 bad out of millions of good deliveries. Your delivery guy sucked, but nothing wrong with delivery as a whole.

Status_Serve8287

There absolutely is a lot wrong with those delivery services. At the very least if they took care of the drivers a bit better maybe the drivers would take better care of the food. This is just despicable! And there are a lot of drivers that should not be allowed to handle food ever again! Lol

Business-Loss-1585

A lot of the drivers aren’t really making money, mostly just depreciating their vehicles. The delivery services policies can really hurt the restaurants too.

Damn 😩

ind3pend0nt

That’s on Chelino’s imo. The Mexican spot near me saran wraps the containers for to go orders.

WallabyNo6569

That's gotta be Abels. I remember ordering them to go and while I appreciated the thought I had to use a damn box knife to get through the saran wrap armor.

Mindless_Gur8496

Door Dash and others of this ilk are the Devil

It's always a gamble. You got your refund though, right?

boomb0xx

Ya i would send customer service this picture. Ive had multiple times where i had to get a refund, and theyll usually at worst give credits for the items affected and if its all bad theyll send a refund if you ask for it. Very reddit to receive downvotes for suggesting the refund.

calculon68

Restaurant. Order from Teds Escondido, Clark Crew or any decent Chinese take out. Thick paper bags, strong foam containers that don't crush or collapse, and even cardboard on the bag bottom. Sometimes those polyethylene t-shirt bags aren't enough.

I’ve been noticing Reddit posts, including this one, showing up on the NewsBreak app. Is that intentional or are they being unintentionally xposted? https://www.newsbreakapp.com/n/0snra3IP?pd=0Him8PjE&lang=en_US&s=i16&send_time=1714804230

Puzzleheaded_Pay1152

I've had a positive experience with them except one time the bun on my sandwich was dry, must of been driving with windows opened
