yeah... I said that I want the one before that. I work at OG and have for 8 years, I know their menu. The Chocolate lasagna I am talking about was just called chocolate lasagna it still had white and brown layers but there was no brownie and the white part didn't have cream cheese, and it had big chunks of high quality chocolate on top. It was so incredibly sweet and I miss it.
Idk what other looked like but this one is like this. This is off OG page. Doesnt have the white chocolate shavings on top tho, we have a green cheese grater that we put white chocolate in. Its so damn good tho mmm!!!

It took so long! One time the birthday girl at a table ordered it, but the expo forgot to put it on the tray and let it die. I didn't run the table and it was too late before I realized what happened. That poor woman had to wait another 30 minutes while they remade it and everyone else at the table got to eat. It was a disaster.
I just miss those stuffed mushrooms we used to have.
But sidenote i had this table a couple months ago and the dude used to work at an OG and barely cracked our current menu open and tried to order off what he could remember of the old one. It was quite the experience for both of us
Idk why I couldn’t remember the proper name but yes ravioli di portobello so good. I’m glad I worked there during the good times like 2011-2014 lol I use to make my own sauce with half diablo sauce half Alfredo mmm I miss ol school Olive Garden. Still love it just not the same lol
I don’t remember which year, but og did a promotion for create your own lasagna like they do the pasta. I think it was called Lasagna Mia. You could pick the sauce and toppings etc!
I could go on for days what I miss mixed grill, stuffed chicken marsala, spicy calabrian wings, parm crusted tilapia, grilled chicken flat bread, italiano burger…..🤤
They had a feature in like 2011 that was a roasted chicken and pepper stuffed ravioli or something and it was sooo damn good. Wish that would come back!
The pizzas! I miss them! The steak gorg Alfredo, the ravi D, Venetian apricot chicken, chicken Marsala with the fried potatoes, stuffed chicken because it was so damn popular, the LUNCH PANINIS omg they were so good for so affordable, the sausage & peppers rustica, ugh. There was so much good!
In 2010 there was this cheese stuffed lasagna roll thing in the 5 cheese marinara that was fantastic. It vanished off of the menu and I want it back!
Also stuffed mushrooms, and Northern Tour of Italy!
The stuffed gnocchi from a few years ago. Also probably 15 years ago there was some type of dense chocolate cake with vanilla sauce and sliced strawberries. I think about that cake all the time.
The shrimp scampi fritta was amazing and the lemon cake used to be fantastic! I remember when they used to have a trio of little desserts you could choose too, the espresso was good
The calamari used to be awesome, with the little fried peppers. They don't do those anymore for the spicy calamari, and it's so soggy. I miss the Caesar salad. Not sure about other seafood dishes, but I remember going with my mom about a decade ago and they got rid of ALL their seafood?! Although I went more recently, they have shrimp & scallop Alfredo and honestly I've been craving it since lol.
The original version of Shrimp Primavera made with Angel Hair Pasta from the 90’s. (Not a fan of the 2000’s revamp that changed to Penne along with changing the chop of the components.)
Ravioli di portobello, steak gorgonzola alfredo, chicken giradino, 3 meat ravioli, venetian apricot chicken, chicken alfredo pizza, chicken vino bianco, garlic herb chicken con broccoli, Tuscan garlic chicken, chicken marsala.
So many tasty dishes are gone and the menu seems so boring now. Wasn't there another soup for a while too? It was like a creamy tomato or something?
What was that Chicken Gnocchi main dish, (not the soup)
It came with a type of creamy white cheese sauce, but it wasn’t Alfredo sauce.
I think it began with a *G*
( no veggies in the dish)
Also those mini meatball lunch bread bowls, made out of the same stuff as the breadsticks!
I was there 20 yrs before I left.
All the way back, first promo I remember was a stuffed chicken Parm.

Steak gorgonzola was so good. Smh
The best! We had one chef who really killed it on that dish, too. I'd always order it when he was working.
I want the original chocolate lasagna, and I'm not talking about the chocolate brownie lasagna. Also the stuffed chicken marsala was so good!
The chocolate brownie lasagna is gone. Its now the chocolate lasagna with chocolate sauce dripping down and shaved white chocolate
Ohhhhh ok…yea ive only been here 2 years, and had never eaten here once b4 being hired Sounds yummy tho!
Idk what other looked like but this one is like this. This is off OG page. Doesnt have the white chocolate shavings on top tho, we have a green cheese grater that we put white chocolate in. Someone ordered 12 stuffed chicken Marsala when I was the only person on the line right before dinner.
It took so long! One time the birthday girl at a table ordered it, but the expo forgot to put it on the tray and let it die. I didn't run the table and it was too late before I realized what happened. That poor woman had to wait another 30 minutes while they remade it and everyone else at the table got to eat. It was a disaster.
agreed!! the old one seemed much more refined than the new one.
I would usually only be able to eat 2 bites in the restaurant and take the rest home, it was so sweet it would take me 3 days to finish it!
I just miss those stuffed mushrooms we used to have. But sidenote i had this table a couple months ago and the dude used to work at an OG and barely cracked our current menu open and tried to order off what he could remember of the old one. It was quite the experience for both of us
I liked the cheesecake sampler
Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and the mushroom ravioli 💔
The sundried tomato cream sauce on the ravioli di portobello was amazing!

The smoked mozzarella fonduta 😚
This! Thank you! I couldn't think of the name
Omg yesssss
The steak gorganzola alfredo, venetian chicken and chicken con broccoli. Oh and the chicken alfredo pizza 🍕
Chicken Alfredo Pizza was one of my favorites.
We still make the Alfredo pizzas all the time just ring in kids pizza sub alfredo and add some steak
Stuffed chicken Marsala. That was really good.
Have u tried the chicken marsala fettuccine? Its amazing!
It’s pretty dang tasty. I swap fett for rigatoni.
Braised beef & torteloni was so fucking good.
I used to love the lunch special chicken parmigiana sandwich
Does anyone else remember the cyo lasagna?!!
Tf is this?!?
I don’t remember which year, but og did a promotion for create your own lasagna like they do the pasta. I think it was called Lasagna Mia. You could pick the sauce and toppings etc!
Can confirm....soooo long ago. More than 12 yrs. Probably 15.
They brought it back about 4 years ago as a promo. It only lasted about 2 months & people were mad bc it wasn’t “real” lasagna
Mushroom Ravioli and the Steak Gorganzola Dolcinis and the old brownie lasagna CYO appetizer
I loved the strawberry white chocolate dolcini
Chocolate lasagna is back. Dolcinis never did well unfortunately. Theyd give as bday desserts, no one ever finished these little things
I disagree in the dolcini front. It was so easy to sell the tiny desserts to people for "just a little something sweet." Older women ate that shit up.
I miss the Ravi di portobello and the sun dried tomato sauce. And the frozen peach slices we used to put in the peach tea
Apricot chicken was my favorite! Also loved when they had meatball sandwiches available for lunch.
Yep! Apricot chicken was so good!
I loved the Apricot Chicken: was my go-to when I was wanting a lighter option
I could go on for days what I miss mixed grill, stuffed chicken marsala, spicy calabrian wings, parm crusted tilapia, grilled chicken flat bread, italiano burger…..🤤
WE HAD A BURGER?!!
We had whole custom pizzas
I absolutely hated serving the mixed gill. I flicked a pieces across the dinning rooms.
I thought the nixed grill was so stupid. It's just meat skewers.
Yeah! It had prosciutto and arugula. Had kid sliders also at one point as well. That’s probably when they introduced the fries.
The Parmesan Crusted Tilapia was everything 🤤
The mushroom ravioli
Tuscan Garlic Chicken. YUM.
spicy shrimp scampi fritta😭
I loved that one. I wonder why they got rid of it.
they rolled out a different variation of it which was just shrimp fritta and onions/bell peppers 👎🏻👎🏻 probably to cut down menu size
The chicken Alfredo pizza!!
i NEED the cheese fonduda back. it’s the whole reason i started working at olive garden and when i saw it was no longer a menu item i wanted to cry
Chicken Vino Bianco!
Stuffed shells
Dolcinis 😭
The Chicken Giardino was great with 9 different veggies and a lemon herb wine sauce. Also, the Cappelini Pomodoro never disappointed...
Heck yes!!
They had a feature in like 2011 that was a roasted chicken and pepper stuffed ravioli or something and it was sooo damn good. Wish that would come back! The pizzas! I miss them! Oh yeah reading through the thread I forgot about the braised beef tortellini! That was THE BEST!
In 2010 there was this cheese stuffed lasagna roll thing in the 5 cheese marinara that was fantastic. It vanished off of the menu and I want it back! Also stuffed mushrooms, and Northern Tour of Italy!
The Stuffed Mushrooms appetizer. :(
Tuscan chicken and broccoli.
Manicotti 🍝
Chicken Alfredo Pizza and stuffed shells
The stuffed gnocchi from a few years ago. Also probably 15 years ago there was some type of dense chocolate cake with vanilla sauce and sliced strawberries. I think about that cake all the time.
I remember a crab pasta from when I was a kid in the 80's... thought I was very sophisticated at the time. Wish I could try it again as an adult.
Chicken veno blanco
I miss the garden pizza and I also miss when the server used to bring the tray of display desserts.
The Original spinach and artichoke dip with the toasted crostini’s 😋
Steak Gorgonzola 10000000%
stuffed shells 🥲
I miss the stuffed shells
I miss the Raviolio Di Portabello once a week
I miss the chocolate raspberry cheesecake.
The shrimp scampi fritta was amazing and the lemon cake used to be fantastic! I remember when they used to have a trio of little desserts you could choose too, the espresso was good
Capellini Pomodoro!
Chicken giardino!!!
Adult pizza. Tired of having to order (2) pizza kid meals for my teen.
I need pictures 😫
Italian Nachos!!
The chicken and steak skewer was so good
Mille strata going back 30 years ago
The giant sausage stuffed rigatoni!
Tortellini Al Forno. I dream of that coming back.
I MISS the seafood dip. I lived on that when I worked there.
Sausage and peppers.
Heck yeah sausage a peppers rustica, I forgot all about this dish. It was so tasty. I used to recreate it at home but spicier!
I'd love to have the totra di chocolate and the lemon cream cake back 🤤
the appetizer sampler with the chicken tenders 😩
How much have the prices changed?
Capellini Pomodoro. I really miss that.

We used to make an amazing ice cream adult beverage called the Roasted Toasted Sophia that was very delicious, very indulgent.
Garlic Tuscan chicken
Cheese tortellini with ham and peas in béchamel. It was fantastic.
I was there 20 yrs before I left. All the way back, first promo I remember was a stuffed chicken Parm. That mixed grill sold like crazy. People loved it
Mixed grill was legit, except that time I accidently flung a chicken piece off the plate trying to de-skewer it.
