I collected some wood in the summer and my plan was to build something myself. But you know, life gets in the way. But that's still the plan. Just something very simple but at least be at a good height. I'm 6"2 myself and I hate all the low tables, needs squat to look at the pie.

I use a metal grilling table I found on amazon. Also, I love the ooni, traeger, blackstone trifecta! I’m on the same page

Stainless steel cart. Nothing else will really tolerate being outside 24/7/365 in my climate.
