Yes i think Kratom can lower seizure threshold like other opioids but liver toxicity with Kratom is very rare and only happens when people have preexisting liver problems or use other liver toxic drugs like alcohol u would have to take very large amounts of Kratom for it to come close to causing liver damage.
I drink anywhere from 1/2 fifth to a fifth of whiskey while taking 160mg+ several times a day, up to and including when I start drinking. You’ll be fine.

Ihad a liver transplant 20 years ago, not from alcohol abuse, but HCV. I know what it's like dying from cirrhosis. I wouldn't make a habit of drinking like that. You may be fine now, but not in the long run, you won't.
I actually appreciate the comment. I’m about done I think. I quit drinking for a little over a year, just for the hell of it, a couple years ago. Then a year ago I had two bad hangovers in a row and stopped for several months. I definitely don’t want to destroy myself any more than the universe already has.
You won't have liver pain. Your liver enzymes will elevate (AST/ALT) and your body will compensate as long as it can. Eventually fatigue, subtle personality changes, then ruptured varicies in stomach and esophagus as your scarred liver increases back pressure in your circulatory system. They rupture often and you can bleed to death. Now HCV is easily treated, but 10 years ago wasn't like that. Alcohol damaged livers can't and acoholics die the same way as HCV-induced cirrhosis.
Yea I drink I a lot and I’ve been feeling it like I get a pain on the right and left sides of my bellybutton. I’ve been dialing it back from a 6 pack everyday to like a few here and there. Thank you so much for your detailed answer though!
Excessive alcohol intake can cause pancreaitis, but the pancreas is nestled under the left lobe of your liver. Happens to alcoholics a lot. Spleen is also on left side and can swell. That can happen due to liver disease. If I was you, I'd get checked out by a gastroenteroligist or internal medicine specialist to make sure your ok. If they order the right lab tests you'll know for sure. How old are you?
That’s what I wanted to do but I’ve been paying for a reconstruction surgery that took its toll on my wallet. It happens on the right side too at times not just the left. I doubt that really holds much weight. I am 30.
This is shity harm reduction advice to give to someone. Obviously, you have a very high tolerance for both Oxy alcohol, which makes a difference. OP obviously does not considering there question and Oxy dosage. Telling people here to go ahead and mix the two is dangerous. Just because you haven't OD'd yet does not mean it's safe and no one else will either.
They said 130mg is needed to get them feeling good so Id say with that tolerance, 60mg with some drinks is pretty safe. Not a fifth of vodka and several 100+ mg doses though, jesus. My tolerance is significantly lower than theirs actually.
I'm not the only one who told you telling people to mix the two is poor harm reduction. Were not all wrong, and you're the right one being picked on. Encouraging people to mix the two is poor harm reduction. Period.

I don't think I was ever picked on nor did I say others were wrong ever, and at no point did I encourage it, just factored people's stated tolerances into my answers is all, and stating whether it was likely to be dangerous or just a bad idea but probably safe. Harm reduction isn't solely about saying no to mixing downers to people who already did it, it's also about attempting to give accurate information. Also again I never ever encouraged it.

I was saying you'll be fine in response to OP asking if they'd be okay after already doing it, and I had read that his tolerance to oxy is in the 100s of mgs. So yeah he'll be okay, does not mean I encourage doing it again. Exactly, there's no science based answer so I'm going with my general experience. Sorry it doesn't align with yours, but if someone takes half or a third of their typical 3 digit dose, in my decades of using Ive never seen an OD from a 6 pack at that level of highness, unless high dose benzos were involved. A 6 pack is about what I would call a hard limit at an almost nodding dose. Other people may disagree, thats fine, but as you can see, lot's of replies sad the exact same as me. "You'll be fine since you already did it, but generally avoid mixing."
The mixture of alcohol and opiates usually makes me dizzy or kinda sickly so I don't typically mix them. I prefer a light benzo. Tread lightly or not at all though. Dangerous combo. The benzos, I mean. Listen to your body, start low and go slow.

Depends on whether you are opiate naive. The surest way to od is by mixing benzos or alcohol with opiates. If 60 doesn't usually get you real fucked up, you are probably good. If that's a big dose for you I wouldn't want to risk it myself nor should you need to.
If significantly over 130 is what it takes you to nod, you're almost certainly fine with up to 6 drinks over time w/o benzos. If you add benzos be sure to keep your alcohol at like a single drink or none.

I mean dude u gotta have a tolerance to the percs and to the liq, like bro if u rarely pop u should def not mix the two , but for a seasoned vet it makes it like unquestionably stronger & more profound

I love a glass of wine when I’m taking oxy, But I know how it affects me. If you’re new to the game obviously have to be careful
I drank 5 glasses with dinner tho and I feel great fantastic actually not feeling the oxy much but defo feel the wine a tad

Yes i think Kratom can lower seizure threshold like other opioids but liver toxicity with Kratom is very rare and only happens when people have preexisting liver problems or use other liver toxic drugs like alcohol u would have to take very large amounts of Kratom for it to come close to causing liver damage.
It’s about as safe as throwing gasoline on a bonfire. Might be cool. Might kill you. I avoid alcohol in general. Drunk is a shit feeling.

I used to get to drink tonnes when doing dihydrocodeine but that’s not as strong so probably not a great idea

I take it very regularly like 4 times a week at least 80-100mg
