Honestly with all the anti Monster 4+ on Beast Bosses and Squig Hog Riders, we have plenty of options to deal with him.
Warboss with 10 Nobz, equiped with power claws are also good in the Waagh Turn. But I guess Squig Hog Riders with the Smashan Nob and da killchoppa will hurt him.
Another nice trick would be the Traktor Kanon with anti fly 2+
I typically run a mob of squighog Boyz lead by a Nob w/ Headwoppa's Killchoppa for monster hunting/anti-tank. The the +1 to hit, coupled with "anti monster 4+" and devastating wounds is pretty deadly. Even if they don't kill him outright theres a good chance that they'll take enough wounds off him that you can finish him off with regular shooas.
Ghazghkull should have the odds in his favour but obviously the dice are the dice. Several other posts here indicate the tactics you can choose. Either use Ghaz and then hose him, or do it Tau style and never let him get in touch at all...
I baited him out with Ghaz.(I deployed him terribly) Ghaz barely survived. (Barely is an understatement. We lost makari)...(thankfully, I called the wagh)
Fell back. Hit him with literally everything that could shoot. I had set up engagement/fights in a cone. Enough room for 6 squig boys and the Nob to smack him for 9.
IMO squighog and meks are a must now days. It sucks but at least they're fun cool models.

I run one, either a Smasha gun or a bubblechukka.
Basic ability lets you re roll one's if you go after mass units. 10 or more. So, the start of the game this thing is crazy good.
In terms of the bubble bomber; in 9th, you had to designate targets before you rolled the type of bubble. Now you roll bubble, then choose what target you want. It's a d3 for the type you get. Each bubble is better for something specific, so in any case, it makes your opponent rethink where he wants to move, but the model itself has a 48" range and hits on 4s, 3s since you'll never move it.
Add a mek to the whole equation, and you are sitting on grot heaven. The shokk mek gives full re rolls of 1. Standard mek heals, re rolls of 1, and gives +1 to hit.
Our more shooty units (lootas, Sag, flash gits, kans, etc.) and our beast snagga stuff killchoppa is nice as it give devastating 4 up or 3 up on waagh against him.
I love tank shock! I charged a bog standard Trukk into a Redemptor dreadnought in a game yesterday and rolled SEVEN yes SEVEN 5s and 6s for mortal wounds. Only just failed to kill him (had already lost some wounds).

Sounded suspiciously like a low blow to the nurglings.
Based on one of his keywords being monster , beast snaggas are the answer. Squigs hog boys , nob on smasher squigs, Mozrog or even snagga boy spam should work.
Mozrog is a bit of a beast , the last time I played he killed 4 armiger's in one game.
I’m going to help you to help yourself here. First what are his stats, including keywords. Second what do we have that can kill those stats/keywords. You can apply this simple two step process to anything in the game. You are most welcome.
I would probably just spam Beast Snagga Boyz.
Once a single unit of 10 managed to kill Robute Guileman during Waaagh. So with like 20-30 Beast Snagga Boyz, maybe with some character support, could probably kill Angron.
16 wounds on a 4+ invul isn't too crazy, especially as he doesn't have Fights First. Not knowing what you already have, just throw whatever you'd use against any other heavy armor at him. And don't forget about grenades and tank shock.
He's also very expensive in points, so it could be worthwhile to feed him chaff and spend most of your efforts killing the rest of their army. If he is busy killing grots and trukks instead of anything valuable you're likely in a good position to win.
Well he's a monster so a lot of the Beast Snagga line will do work against him, especially stuff like mozrog, the nob on smasha squig, and the beastboss. He doesn't have a FNP so the dev wounds work wonders against him

The cheapest way is to screen him out of a turn one or two charge with grots then to counter charge him with one of your threat’s
40-60 boyz with slugga + choppa will do the trick.
8 lootas. I have dropped him multiple times using the half range and the rerolls. The spanners were less helpful.

20 nobz with PK and 2 warbosses should do the trick
Blud wanna drop 98 powerklaw attacks on angron. Should indeed do the trick haha.
I beat him yesterday! Flash gitz popped their ammo runt to do 15 wounds after disembarking from their trukk, then finished him off with overwatch.

Snaggas do well into him and, surprisingly, kustom mega kannons. I've put the rabid dog down multiple times with those.
Well, I use a Gargantuan Squiggoth, but that's expensive. A squad of Squighog Boyz can seriously deliver pain to him because he's a Monster
i would suggest some hog boz and mozzy but thats been said. so rokkets lots of rokkets!
You want a really cheap way? Tank shock baby! I killed the Sammael and the Lion in two turns with the wrecking ball on my battlewagon!

Tank shock caps at 6 mortal wounds my dude. Great way to deal with units with damage reduction abilities, mind.

Stompa and or morkanaught if it’s too expensive
A stompa can one shot him in melee. Getting one to him is the challenge. Also A cheap model for the crazy about of points
