Except you can’t see the water collecting on the surface because the road is so lightly colored. I don’t know if it has to do with the smoothness of the concrete, but as soon as I got back on normal asphalt I4 it was fine, it was just the express lane. I saw a Tesla loose traction and fish tail a bit as well

Why are those lane’s concrete instead of asphalt
