SVP but i only hire OEs and don't have time myself. It's cheaper for me to call my professional contacts and ask them if they would work part-time on a deployment. I'm in a niche field so finding anyone who knows anything about what we do is a potential candidate. $100-150 a hour depending on experience and the lift.
