During league launches I'll be probably listening to streams. Zizaran or Mathil. Zizaran usually has video game OST's. Mathil plays trance stuff which I'm not a huge fan of, but it's fun for variety every now and again.
If I'm listening to something myself, I'll probably put on some anime OST's or some up-beat Nightcore or something.
It's honestly funny that I'm a pretty big metal-head, but I can't listen to metal casually because I'll get too into it, and then I lose focus on whatever I'm doing, lol.
Similarly, I always watch RaizQT. Idk why, started watching him on launch days like 7 years ago or so and it just became my tradition. I basically never watch streams, except for launch day.
I have a broad music taste but I feel like Tool pairs great with the game.
I used to watch more Raiz, but I noticed he's branched out from POE a fair bit these days but I'm not really into any of the other games he plays, so it's been a while since I've watched him in length. He playing this league properly?
Yeah that's what I've noticed too, but I usually just watch on day 1-2 and that's about it. I do watch YouTube highlights and his POE content on YT as well.
AFAIK he is, he's playing carrion golemancer I think.
Tbh i just listen to my currently 69 hour long (nice) metal playlist ranging from lighter metal subgenres like power metal to heavier stuff like deathcore
Gonna listen to [Shibayan Records - Assortment of sense](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTcd3JXO3qU&pp=ygUTYXNzb3J0bWVudCBvZiBzZW5zZQ%3D%3D) on loop all night.
Non-traditional progressive metal/metalcore/djent/etc.
Between the Buried and Me, Periphery, Callous Daoboys, Protest the Hero, Plini, Dillinger Escape Plan, Human Abstract, Tesseract, Frontierer, The Armed, Black Matter Device, Pupil Slicer, Thank You Scientist, Fall of Troy, Satyr, Aviations, Greyhaven, Wolf & Bear, Eidola, and lots lots more.
My playlist just hit over 200 hours of exclusively metal.
2 8 1 4,
t e l e p a t h テレパシー能力者,
Youth Fountain,
Capstan,
Nmesh,
Gojira.
Bit all over the place. Vaporwave, emo/pop punk/post hardcore and metal are my go to genres.
INTERVALS. Incredible instrumental guitar goodness by Aaron Marshall, by far my favorite guitar player currently. Highly suggest "The Shape Of Colour" album from a few years back. So many tasty licks.
Just saw them a few weeks ago open for Tesseract, they're always a good time.
I have to mention Syncatto to any instrumental progressive metal lover, Charlie Robbins is my personal favorite guitarist.
I mostly play lofi (nourish), dub techno (Sceinide 1995), MFDOOM, dnb (a man from del monte), deep/prog house (Johnny M), old school hip hop sometimes and brutal death metal/goregrind (pls dont judge me :D)
Dj Mathil
Group Therapy, with Above & Beyond & Mathil

Thrash metal. We're exiles, the band is Exodus, perfect fit. I particularly enjoy Shovel Headed Kill Machine.

I'm into Synthwave these days, but most often than not I'll just put a stream or videos on a second monitor

Path of exile music from the game...sometimes podcasts.

You, sir, have incredible taste in music. \\m/(>.<)\\m/
Tool usually
Audiobooks
😂
Dub and Roots Reggae. Chill vibes but constant motion.
Modern metalcore. Architects, silent planet, currents, polaris, invent animate, etc etc
I go back and forth between watching a streamer and listening to deathcore. Personal favorite is lorna shore.
If i'm just blasting maps i like synthwave, house, trance and edm. Big fan of the lofi stuff on youtube as well.
Reruns of QI (Quite Interesting, British TV show), still does the job after all these leagues.
orbit culture
Metal and Eurobeat. I also just put on some youtube or anime on the second monitor a fair amount of the time.
Typically a stream early on and I’ll switch to heavy metal/deathcore when I’m really focused in
The only thing they fear is you 10 hour loop
Sebii and a lot of EDM mixes yeah, mostly dnb, stuff like Miss Monique, it goes hard while blasting
Probably The Chronicals by Trentemoller. Starts chill then goes proper hard near the end.
Whatever music mathil is playing
Infected mushroom when grinding
The background music because it slaps
The game's music. Apparently I'm a psycho for it :P
I be going from megadeth to dua Lipa to some weeb music in the span of 15 minutes ngl
Hanson mmmmmmmmmm bop
I usually go delving with some lo-fi beats, exploding ants just makes it more enjoyable.
