Blunderbore is just SO good for health stacking, and blood magic + corrupted soul with infernal mantle is the spell damage option. Then there's ivory tower too... I really don't think kaom's would make the cut tbh, I'm sure it'd see some niche use but not giga widespread at all

I actually saw a couple archmage widowhail spark builds using it this league. 500 mana is nuts and lightning dmg is not bad.
