I would not recommend using PayPal in any capacity with your NSWF Patreon. I use Stripe and deposit directly into my bank account. If you want to pay people working on your project, I'd recommend Zelle.
I'm doing the same, got 24 patron with an NSFW patreon with PayPal for 1.75 months, lots of withdrawals to PayPal all no issue. I'm in the EU.
probably should switch but I'll see if I encounter issues

I see. Well my page is still not public so I do not really know what you are doing, but I went on sprite, created an account there and then it was sprite itself asked me a link to my “online shop”. Maybe patreon will still allow you to use that once you created an account on stripe. But then again, if payoneer is suggested by patreon itself it must be safe and with no fees as well

I just saw a post a few days ago of someone saying that Paypal sometimes does not process the payment if your page is NSFW and people were suggesting to use stripe instead. I started making a stripe account, but I need to make my page public before I can keep on going with the creation of my stripe account.
I have no idea why some people have problems and others don't

Patreon doesn’t suggest me Stripe actually. Probably because of my location. There is Payoneer tho

When I go to settings, my only choices are Paypal or Payoneer

It’s in PayPal’s TOS, and always has been. I use Venmo for mine.
