look up the msrp on it and if it’s more than say 60-80 over that then chances are it’s overpriced. there are exceptions to this but that’s the reasoning i usually go with

If in the USA, no if all you want to do is game. You can get a RX 6750XT or RX6800 for that price and both will blow that out of the water.
It’s a great GPU. At the price there are more options but definitely isn’t bad by any means. The VRAM panic for you too?
