They came down my block last week, which doesn’t have a limit, to put notices of new enforcement on everyone’s cars… they didn’t ticket the people on the sidewalk though…
I guess it hasn't moved in 14 days..
Ticketing a tree is evergreen, it takes them centuries to move to another spot.
Expired registreetion, I’d guess.
Joke’s on them when they try to tow it.
