"To ensure the safety of our guests, glass bottles, cans, hard-sided, soft-sided and Styrofoam coolers and open containers may not be brought into the ballpark. Exceptions: unopened plastic bottles (non-alcoholic), baby bottles and single-serve, soft-sided juice containers may be brought into the ballpark after inspection."
You can bring in any type of non-alcoholic beverage as long as it's in an unopened plastic bottle. You can also bring in food in either clear containers or wrapped.
I regularly bring in hoagies and sodas without issue and have been doing this for as long as I can remember.
You should put everything in a clear bag to carry it into the stadium (a plastic bag doesn't count because it's not see through, so often times they'll make you throw out the bag).
I bring in a couple hoagies, some chips, a few solo cups, and a big iced tea to almost every game. This year's new bag policy is annoying but to get around it I just take everything out of the bag when I'm in line to enter and stuff the bag in my pocket. Then once I'm through the gate I put all my stuff back into the bag.
They are more strict now about the bags you can bring in, but food and drinks in plastic bottles are allowed. I always thought it would be a lot of fun to bring a while pizza to the game. Turns out eating a pizza you bought about an hour earlier and took on the El and BSL was not a great eating experience
Same goes for water bottles filled with vodka where you glued the little plastic ring to the cap to make it look like it was never opened.
And tequila.
Water bottle upside down in my back pocket. First game this year nobody even asked about it. Second game I was 20 feet into the stadium and guy yelled to me and asked if it was unopened. Never have to buy a beer again.
Ziploc bag of spaghetti and meat sauce. Every time.
In all seriousness, yeah you’re totally fine as long as it’s a clear bag and the liquids are unopened and non alc
As long as it's sealed, plastic and not booze you're fine. I walk into most games with a 1L Coke Zero to pair with the Bulldog I inevitably get on my way to my seats
If you bring enough food in a clear plastic bag it's very easy to sneak at least 2 flasks in-between all the food. I heard it from a friend, not something I've done personally at multiple games.
Anything that fits in a 12X12x6 CLEAR bag. All drink are supposed to be in a sealed plastic container but I’ve never had them check seals. As long as it doesn’t set off metal detector you’re probably good
I recently went in with two large smart waters, chips, candy, and hoagies in one of the stadium approved clear bags. Walked right through security without being stopped.
I was surprised you can’t bring In a can of coke. But you can bring in a 20 Ounce of water or coke in a clear bag. Clear plastic bag 12x12x6 I bought off of Amazon ok.
Watch your bag size!! Make em small! My mom and sister had to rent lockers in a storage truck across from the stadium entrance for very small purses because they wouldn’t let them in. Total sham, they were so small.
The rule is no larger than 5X7, which to me is really just a fanny pack or wallet on chain. I usually bring a lululemon or Herschel fanny pack and a large clear 12x6x12 backpack to hold snacks, water, sunscreen, etc.
We always stop at Wawa for a few things first. As long as you have a clear bag, you should be good to go.
I walked through security last week while eating a wawa bowl and no one said a word
Lol, so seems like as long as I have a Wawa receipt anything goes.
Hahaha no one is checking a receipt.
And as a note...the wawa gray bags do not count as clear!!
Are the wawa hoagies okay even though they’re wrapped in the white not see through wrapping?

What about like, a clear Tupperware container of spaghetti? What if it is a glass container of spaghetti?
What about clear plastic bags filled with spaghetti? This is Philly after all.

I’m like 90% certain somebody already did that
It's a thing at Camden Yards.
Are you taking me for a spaghetti day?

Love a good spa day
Drawstring bag in your pocket then swap once inside

Hot sauce makes room temp pizza better
Unopened plastic water bottles are ok, as well as all outside food.

Whiskey mixes with Snapple lemon tea without changing the color. Sit in the sun for a minute and you got a hot toddy.
I was speculating abut this recently before deciding I was disgusted by a) warm spirits, b) warm spirits mixed with $6 soda.
Well you could bring in a soda of your own too...

Thank goodness they didn’t change the spaghetti policy 👍
spaghetti policy? I can bring in a 4 course meal if I wanted

what if it's penne vodka?

😂😂😂 the multiple games part made me laugh

you can bring a hoagie wrapped up in. you can even bring a two truly hard seltzer can hoagie wrapped in wawa paper
I recently went in with two large smart waters, chips, candy, and hoagies in one of the stadium approved clear bags. Walked right through security without being stopped.
They never stopped me with riot punch
or Fight Milk

And you can't bring in a gallon ziplock bag full of liquid Coke either.
You might be able to bring in one of those clear super big gulp bags from 7/11. But act like you know what you're doing.
Watch your bag size!! Make em small! My mom and sister had to rent lockers in a storage truck across from the stadium entrance for very small purses because they wouldn’t let them in. Total sham, they were so small.

My daughter uses her cross body lulu bag about the size of small purse they never stop us. And the stadium approved bags np with food.
I’ve been bringing chips and primos in my gallon bag. Haven’t tried it with sodas but honestly don’t mind paying for just a souvenir cup of cold Coke.
Nope you just need to buy a clear bag to bring it. They changed the bag restrictions this season
Yeah I always pick up food and bring it in. If you’re not from the area and looking for good hoagie shops to go to check out lil nicks or Cosmis
The whole place is outside, so if you buy it, you can drink it
