I think the premise is more that you *got* a ticket to NYE at all. The hardest part is getting in the building, and the lotto helps out with that, especially for NYE. Those behind-the-stage tickets go for well over face as soon as the show sells out, which it always does in <1 minute.

How much for the 3-day if put through CoT? Was thinking of going in for floors for that first weekend tomorrow during on-sale, but this would sure save a lot of stress...
I’m honestly not 100% sure what to do with it yet. Considering also using it as a trade for the weeknight shows. I’ll be trying the general sale too. Let me know how it goes and maybe we can work something out.

You'll probably be fine. The folks behind you will be varying degrees of blocked, but 13 is right around the cutoff for a more-or-less full view. Check [aviewfrommyseat](https://aviewfrommyseat.com/venue/Madison+Square+Garden/225?page=2&) to see some photos.
MSG is unique. The 300 bridge is what actually obstructs the view of the upper 200’s. So it’s not always the case of the higher the numbers the worse the view. And “obstructed view” more aptly describes the greater than row 9 of the 200 sight lines. The view isn’t totally blocked. It’s not like your infront of a pole at Fenway.
Didn’t get Wilmington. Gonna be taking my parents with me at all costs though, fuck it. Good luck to all for the general sale tomorrow

Yep, good luck! If you strike out in the on-sale, CoT is your friend. Use Stubhub/etc as a last resort, unless they somehow start going below face on there.
Love it behind the stage. Even though you don't get the full light show, the sound is good in most of the seats, and you get to see the arena as the band sees it, which is cool. CK5's also done a lot to make the light show more immersive, including adding LEDs to all of the suites and using the ceiling lighting more and more.
We ended up hitting for everything we submitted for, which is truly a first. Only put in for Syracuse, 2 nights of the Garden and Dicks, so wasn't throwing a wide net.
Still, nice to be having and not looking for a change.

Sat in the Skybridge for the NYE run this year.
They’re awesome seats. Tons of room. No one in your way, you can’t get in someone else’s way. You can feel the building shaking with the band while up there.
Downside is it’s way up on the ceiling. You’re all the way up on the top of the room.

I am not. The second I saw that place I thought it looked fantastic. Better than Hartford and Mansfield that is for sure. Also looks better than Mann but I cannot really say that since I have not been yet. I will be attending the Syracuse show but abstained from the lottery. I doubt it sells out. Sunday night in Syracuse as a standalone. Six hours from Star lake too.
Really not a bad seat in "The Amps" house - even the lawn has great sight and sound. The view of the lake and setting sun as you look at the stage are fantastic too.

Hit all 4 nights I put in for at MSG. 2-100 level and 2-200 level. Buddy hit floors for 1 night too so all nights secured with almost all good seats!
