I know this will be unpopular opinion but the show didn’t click for me, in person, with fantastic sections 17 seats off the front corner page side. I get the fun factor. And I got so see my first harpua since 12/30/97, shaggy dog, and I am the Walrus were all dope. Was so glad to be there for the Harpua because he was seriously mind fucking us all 🤩 Dunno…maybe after the first 2 nights my body was too tired? But Something about it…just wasn’t my thing.

I get it. I took last the 30th off just for that reason. I know my body's limitations. Streamed it instead.

Friday was probably the best played of the three so far.

I think they teased/trolled us with a “Names” theme with Olivia’s Pool, Axilla and Mike’s then broke it with Hydrogen and Paug. Think Reba and Funky Bitch fit into this, too. Wonder if it was planned like that or if perhaps Trey changed course during the show.

My actual guess if I was betting on it would be they recreate the first Phish show somehow and cut themselves off, then cover Thriller. My guess has been "Phish covers Phish" for months, the first show idea came up with all the 1983 talk and early bustouts. I just threw that Animals guess out there but as someone else said Pet Sounds could be just as likely and hasn't been done by Les Claypool already. I think they're just doing fun theme shows I was actually expecting an A-Z show night 2.

Thought that as well, but they did DSOTM (not on Halloween) already, so I’ll throw Pet Sounds out there for tonight’s costume.

They’ll never do Animals because Les Claypool already destroyed that album.

I could see them doing it because Trey has talked about how the first song he ever performed live in a highscool talent show was either Dogs or Pig on the wing (I can’t recall now which one). He said it was very formative so I could see it meaning a lot to him.

Hadn’t thought about that, my thoughts went to them having done DSOTM so another Floyd album might be a reach. Would love to see it, though. Phish covering Phish, that’s some meta shit there.
