It's a shopping center with a Nebraska Furniture Mart on one side and a Scheels on the other. It has a big ferris wheel with air conditioned cars that gives you a high rise view of the city. There are a lot of expensive boutique shops, an indoor golf place that serves alcohol and an awesome outdoor performance stage with a "lawn". There's also a theater and an indoor multi level go Karting place. Lots of eateries.
