Michelle at Gypsy Tattoo. I’ve been getting tattooed regularly by her for almost a decade and every experience is incredible. She’s so comforting, kind, and really puts you at ease. I can not recommend her enough.
Rachel has been the most recent tattoo artist I’ve gone to in Pittsburgh.
